**The Role**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Machine Operating
- Supporting production start-up operations
- Cleaning duties using industrial equipment
- Approve staff timecards and leave requests
- Involvement in continuous improvements initiatives
- Writing up operating procedures and work instructions

**The Person**

Ideally the successful applicant will have:

- Experience in manufacturing OR working with food safety standards OR cleaning standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative and ability to motivate a team.
- A collaborative approach
- Computer literate
- Strong work ethic and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Leadership experience is ideal but not essential.
