**About the role**:

- Permanent full-time (day shifts)
- Competitive salary
- Immediate start
- Onsite within our Australia & New Zealand head office located in Mile End South
- First point of contact for our internal & external customers working closely with the Account Manager & Production team to deliver exemplary customer service outcomes
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Ownership of all incoming orders & enquiries to achieving superior customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective time management with the ability to set priorities for competing deadlines
- Ability to multitask, handling numerous orders at any one time & follow through on multiple situations
- Demonstrate active listening to manage incoming enquiries effectively & professionally with good understanding
- Positive & can-do attitude with an engaging & friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to adapt & use problem solving skills to creatively offer solutions
- An understanding & ability to adhere to quality practices & procedures
- Numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Excellent negotiation skills

**Criteria**:

- MS Office suite skills (intermediate or higher level)
- Customer service experience
- Experience negotiating
- Experience with invoice, receipts & customer accounts
- Confident & self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well autonomously & as part of a team.
