**How will I help?**
As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and design of technical solutions, primarily supporting the Human Capital Management transformation program within Oracle Cloud.
In addition, this role is #LI-Hybrid

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills and personal attributes:
**Essential Experience and Skills**
- Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including - Absence, T&L and Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance
- Experience in working as a tech lead in a large organization, interacting with multiple teams and systems and managing system integrations.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules.
- Experience in providing system support and problem solving in complex environments, involving activities like problem isolation, triage, RCA and remediation working across several teams
**Highly Regarded Experience**
- Good understanding and hands on knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI and BIP reports.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Mobile technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in Java will be an advantage.
- Experience in test automation and Selenium Framework will be advantage
- Prior experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite will be highly valued
