Our business is growing rapidly, which has created an opportunity for two experienced Data Consultants to join our team on a contract for 6 months.

**Role: 1**:
**Data Consultant**

**Skills required**:

- Hands-on data engineering skillsets - Advanced Databricks Pipeline and Azure Data Factory pipeline and coding to automate ETL/ELT processes
- Good knowledge of code conversion and data migration from Teradata, Cloudera Big Data to Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse (Tables, Stored procedures, Views, Macros and other Database objects)
- Proven data migration at-scale to Azure Databricks/Azure Synapse using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Box

**Additional Knowledge (beneficial)**:
- Knowledge of Apache Airflow coding for Orchestration- Knowledge of optimisation of Data Visualisation using Tableau and Power BI

**Role 2**:
**Data Consultant**

**Skills required**:

- Azure Synapse, Python coding, SSIS, MDM (Master Data Management), Power BI report design, Azure DevOps, GitFlow, Microsoft MLOps framework

**Responsibilities**:
- Data reporting, Data ingestion from multiple sources using metadata-driven framework,- python coding, Data modelling work in Synapse, Power BI report design).- Effort estimation for work items.

There is an onboarding period required for the project (setup laptops/access etc) however expect start will be immediately.
