Reporting to the Chief of Operations, you will be managing team of 5 Operations Managers, with a remit of 300 staff.

With exponential growth in the last 5 years, you will be joining the organisation with a total of 800+ employees.

**Role**

You are a key member of the leadership team, as one of the GM's alongside the role of GM of Community.

Reporting to the Chief of Operations, who has 18+ years in the disability services sector and has a great success story in this company, you will be managing the SIL service for the organisation.

As General Manager, you will be overseeing the SIL portfolio comprising of 65 accommodations in Sydney to lead the strategy, design and exceptional service delivery to clients that are living in the accommodation services.

You will be responsible for managing the service delivery which will include planning, budgeting, client wellbeing and outcomes, people management, external relationships, risk management, quality assurance as well as creating new partnerships and developing further income streams.

A key part of your role will be driving and inspiring your team to deliver innovative, creative, practical and impactful outcomes for clients, through clear goal development, facilitation of resources, and a human centred design approach.

You will be working closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to design and deliver strategic and operational plans including partnering with the CFO to develop operational budgets and financial targets, GM People and Experience to enhance offering to clients as well as working beside GM of community.

**About You**

You are a 'do-er', a 'planner' and are able to look at the big picture, using your strategic & proactive approach.

You will be able to navigate the NDIS changes, understanding the service delivery needs in line with funding models.

You are passionate about leading and driving teams to be collaborative and successful to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

You are innovative and are a relationship builder, matching services to resources and developing new income streams.
