**The role**
We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our growing team on a permanent basis to be located in Canberra. Reporting to the NSW/ACT Manager, you will be responsible for training, developing and leading a team of consultants to ensure high standards of clinical consulting services are delivered and achieved. The role would be involved in developing and maintaining an experienced team.
The position would also be the case management and escalation point for complex cases, as well as supporting the Managing Director and NSW/ACT State Manager in ensuring outstanding delivery standards for our clients.
We hope this is a pathway to an ACT Management role.
We would like to hear from people who have experience in line with the following areas:
- Tertiary qualifications with 4+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation and injury management
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools relevant to role
