**Manor Gardens Retirement Living** is a welcoming community, set on beautifully maintained grounds, and is surrounded by lush greenery and gardens. Conveniently located just 20km north of the Adelaide CBD, Salisbury East is home to an impressive selection of attractions. Close by are Mawson Lakes Shopping Centre, Para Hills Bowls Club, Somerset Hotel, and Northern Medical Centre.

A rewarding opportunity exists for a dedicated **Service Coordinator **to join our team and support the Manor Gardens Retirement Living, located in Salisbury East,SA. In this role, you will be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, providing service to residents and responding to any incidents & queries. You'll be a friendly and reliable team member that enjoys a high level of customer/resident interaction. Our retirement villages are always full of excitement & activities so you will work across the entire community completing different tasks to ensure the operational needs of the village are met. As we roster our communities 24/7, we are looking for someone with flexible work arrangements who can be available to stay in our village overnight and attend to the needs of the community

**This is a casual position **working on ad-hoc basis to cover some leave, also assisting Domestic Attendant team on daily basis.

**You will**
- Provide support and coverage to our cafe & kitchen staff to ensure a smooth lunch and/or dinner service
- Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests
- Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents
- Complete general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas
- Be flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we staff our communities 24 hours a day

**What you will bring**
- Experience in any customer-facing roles highly desired (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning or administration)
- A warm & friendly personality that has the ability to work autonomously
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment)
- Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
