**Your Role and Responsibilities**

A public cloud specialist eventually responsible to perform major changes to set up required cloud infrastructure, contribute and coordinate towards migrating our client’s on-prem workloads to Azure / AWS / GCP cloud involving DB, Applications, File Share, etc. Design and implement cloud solutions which are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost optimized. Scaling and managing containers, orchestration and managing cloud policies using terraform or equivalent. Implementing cloud security controls, tools and standards. Monitor our client’s on-prem and public cloud infrastructure, diagnose and resolve issue with troubleshooting.

Experience
- Overall, 7+ years of experience in Wintel / Linux administration and operations
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Azure administration, migration and automated deployments.

Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (optional)
- Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge on Azure, AWS & GCP Cloud Compute, Network and Storage
- Hands-on experience with the deployment of Virtual Machine, Configuring Scale Sets with HA, Load Balancers, NSGs and Azure Application Gateway.
- Expert on Automate VM Deployment-scripting and using ARM Templates.
- Knowledge on connect vNET with peering and VPNs
- Experience on configuring firewall on cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with deployment of Containers in public cloud.
- Knowledge on Azure Storage - Blob and Files
- Good knowledge on configuring Web Apps with Azure App Service
- Experienced of configuring a new Domain with Azure DNS
- Good exposure on implement Identity Management - Azure Active Directory, Azure Policies and Locks
- Good knowledge on control Access with RBAC- Role-base Access Control
- Knowledge on implementing Disaster Recovery
- Hands-on exposure with monitor resources in Azure
- Good experience on implementing platform protection, managing security operations
- Exposure on implementing cloud security controls, tools and standards.
- Setting up required cloud infrastructure, contribute and coordinate towards migrating on-prem workloads to Azure cloud involving DB, Applications, File Share, etc.
- Performing cloud-native deployment using DevOps/ IaC.
- Good Troubleshooting skills and provide RCA

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Cloud Security, Networking, Cloud Storage, PowerShell/Python, DevOps, IaC, Orchestration, Kubernetes & Terraform.
