About this opportunity
Located in our Sydney CBD office, you will be the face of Aware Super to our members and clients. You will provide administration support to our Financial Planners and work collaboratively with the Client Service officers and other internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service to our members, clients and prospective clients. This opportunity is a great stepping stone into learning the basics of financial planning and will suit someone who enjoys administration and interacting with various stakeholders.

How do you exceed our expectations?
You are passionate about customer service and have demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a financial services organisation (superannuation or para-planning experience will be advantageous).

**Additionally, you will have**:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with a good phone manner;
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills;
Proactive and solution-focussed approach to meeting clients' and members' needs;
Commitment to outstanding client service;
RG 146 (Superannuation) qualification (desirable) and;
Commitment to team work
