**The role**:
Digital Solutions Delivery Services require a Principal Business Analyst to:

- Facilitate the provision of a benefits management, tracking and realisation service to enable the delivery of large scale, complex IM/ICT programs and projects aligned to the eHealth Benefits Realisation Management framework.
- Facilitate Investment Logic Mapping workshops with stakeholders of varying seniority up to C-level executives, develop benefits profiles and update the portfolio benefits register.
- Provide industry best practice benefits and value management training and awareness-building sessions to improve program and project benefits management maturity capability and practices.

**To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated**:

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing benefits and value management activities within IM/ICT infrastructure programs and projects preferably in the public health care industry.
- Proven experience facilitating Investment Logic Map Workshops with a varying range of stakeholders to identify, quantify, analysis, plan, track, realize and optimise benefits.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring program and project managers within Digital Solutions Delivery Branch.
- Proven experience in effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in an ICT project environment is essential

**About Digital Solutions Delivery Branch - eHealth Queensland**:
The Digital Solutions Delivery Branch is Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for digital health program and project management and delivery best practice. The branch includes three units;
- Digital Solutions and Technology
- Digital Health and Business Solutions and
- Digital Solutions Delivery Services.

The core function of the branch is to ensure successful delivery of major digital, ICT and ICT-enabled programs and projects to our customers across Queensland Health for the benefit of all Queenslanders. This function is absolutely critical to eHealth Queensland realising its overall vision, which is to 'advance healthcare through digital innovation'.

As an integral part of our professional program and project delivery team, each branch team member puts the patient at the centre of everything they do and to actively seek out solutions that will help eHealth Queensland deliver on its targets. eHealth Queensland is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state.
