Manager Performance Reporting

**About the Role**
BOQ Group are hiring for a Manager Performance Reporting in our Group Finance Division. This is an important role reporting on key financial group results to the business and up to Exco.
**About you**
- Degree/Master and professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA)
- Business and industry knowledge. Banking experience would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in order to deliver timely and strategic insights to the leadership team including Exco.
- Understanding of integration and consolidating business activities to optimise cost and margin. Product and distribution experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to acts as a principal finance support, trusted advisor, and strategic consultant within the performance management team, whilst maintaining sound financial governance and accountability.
- Monthly reporting experience, including analysis, planning, forecasting and expense management, acquisition and divestment experience, delivering key insights to lead and influence decision making
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage people and projects.
