**About the Role**

- Role and responsibilities within co-curricular program
- Second method of Dance highly desirable

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver innovative and inclusive Drama programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student expression and confidence.
- Support the delivery of the co-curricular program including the School Productions
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary arts learning.
- Use digital tools and creative technologies to support and extend student learning
- Uphold MGGS’s commitment to child safety in all aspects of teaching and school life

**About you**:

- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
- Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
- Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
- Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
