**A**BOUT THE ROLE**
The Associate Director, Office of the Executive Director Clinical Operations provides a range of high level advice on policy, planning and operational services to the Executive Director to facilitate the achievement of organisational and management objectives, and serves as a focal point for all matters that require the direct intervention of the Executive Director.

**A**BOUT YOU**
- Provide leadership and direction to a range of operational, corporate and executive support services ensuring that high quality services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
- Act as the Executive Director contact point, liaise with stakeholders and action requests to coordinate communication and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Senior Executives and other key leaders across the organisation on behalf of the Executive Director, facilitating and ensuring an open and proactive flow of management information.
- Establish and monitor effective governance arrangements for the Clinical Operations Directorate, including meetings and advisory groups.
- Monitor and report on the Directorate’s strategic and corporate planning activities and processes, to ensure planning milestones and reporting requirements are satisfied.
- Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of administrative practices, systems and procedures within the Office of the Executive Director, to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes.
- Identify and investigate urgent and emerging management issues which may require the direct intervention of the Executive Director and ensure the Executive Director is properly briefed and advised.
