We are looking for a high performing, results driven Associate Director to guide governments and policymakers on developing and implementing clean energy agendas informed by technical expertise, industry knowledge and a clear view of the clean energy transition. You will deliver outcomes across the renewable energy project cycle, with emphasis on building clients' relationships with Stride and strengthening and mobilising networks across government, industry and the renewable energy sector.
Stride's experience spans policy, planning, network connections, finance, construction, engineering, stakeholder engagement, communications and development, delivering tailored strategic advice and services with a track record of results.

Responsibilities- Guide governments and policymakers on developing and implementing clean energy agendas informed by technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Deliver outcomes across the renewable energy project lifecycle.
- Strengthen and mobilise organisational networks across government, industry and the renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain client relationships with Stride and its services.
- At least five years' experience in a related role with a proven track record of delivering client-facing services to a guaranteed level of quality within allocated resources.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the energy industry, with specialization in guiding and informing government clients to play their role in the clean energy transition.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on establishing business development relationships.
- Proven ability to set and implement strategic goals and fulfil long-term plans for organisational development.
- High level achievement in project, financial, and contract management, including scoping, budgeting, and managing resources to deliver projects within timeframes and financial targets.
- Experience working closely with governments across multiple jurisdictions and a strong understanding of government policy settings at state and national levels.
- At least five years' experience in a related role with a proven track record of delivering client-facing services to a guaranteed level of quality within allocated resources.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the energy industry, with specialization in guiding and informing government clients to play their role in the clean energy transition.
