Working within our Group IT team, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.

The role of IT Business Analyst will see you supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the company with the opportunity to influence positive change on the company's systems and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify business problems and opportunities and drive consensus on the best solutions to address with them.
  • Map business processes and recommend process and system changes to improve productivity and efficiency and meet business outcomes.
  • Undertake cost benefit analysis and develop compelling business cases which support the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
  • Manage the lifecycle of requirements – maintaining, prioritising, assessing and approving requirements.
  • Document test cases and manage user acceptance testing in partnership with business SMEs and end users.
  • Train business SMEs and end users and assist with organisational change management to enhance the adoption of new technologies delivered to meet the business demands.

What you'll bring:

  • Technology or Business Analysis qualification or equivalent competency.
  • Prior experience (4+ years) in business analysis and/or consulting roles.
  • Ability to understand and translate both business and technical concepts, processes, requirements and solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
