Providing smart metering devices and services to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ, our reach is growing rapidly. But the true breadth of what we do goes beyond the meter, touching everything from solar to water, virtual power plants to electric vehicle charging.

Reporting to the GM Marketing & Communications, we are seeking a Communications Specialist to own all copy and communications from planning to copywriting and execution across our internal and external channels. You’ll work closely with a high performing team to promote Intellihub and our products to our people and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop content for various channels including intranet, website, newsletters, and social media
- Manage the communications and agenda for employee engagement initiatives, including company-wide meetings and events
- Write media releases, publication articles, and website content.
- Support business stakeholders by gathering briefs and creating engaging messages and stories for various channels
- Lead internal communication projects and help with crisis communication and change management
- Develop marketing processes, track communication effectiveness, and report on impacts
- Work with external vendors, providing briefs for the creation of materials

**Qualifications**
We are seeking someone highly motivated with the ability to get the job done in a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional written and oral communications skills and a knack for breaking down complex information for different audiences and channels. In addition to this, your strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
