Fab Floors is a family-owned business established in 1992 & specialises in commercial flooring (supermarkets, retail, office fitouts, schools, etc). We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday based in our Riverwood Office.

**Responsibilities**:
Setting up Projects in Jim2 System & Issuing Job Sheets to contractors as per Project Managers instructions.

Processing Purchase Orders/Invoices of materials from start to finish including Manage, track and trace to ensure all orders are delivered on time including, pricing, credits, etc.

Chase any outstanding orders and communicate any issues with Project Managers

Obtain pricing from suppliers for materials/orders.

Creating & Maintaining Documents/Data/Stock codes

Provide support to Managers & Accounts as required

Answering phones and directing client/customer enquiries

Filing & general office duties

All training provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
