Medical Receptionist

We are a busy, well established Medical Practice in the heart of the Riverwood business district, providing General Practitioner & Allied Health Services. We are looking for a person interested in working as a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST.

This is a CASUAL position with regular weekly rostered hours, perfect for a recent school leaver (must be 16 years and over, junior rates apply). No previous experience or training is required.

Attributes: Professional and personable telephone manner, organised, excellent written and verbal communication skills, well presented, basic computer knowledge, quick learner, good typing skills, ability to respond positively and effectively to staff, be willing to learn and work in a team environment, reliable and honest.

Tasks: Scanning, filing, answering phones/triaging patients, assisting patients, faxing and assisting our staff with medical administration and reception duties. You will be working with established routines, methods, procedures and always under direct supervision of our admin and clinical staff.

**Salary**: $20.33 - $26.51 per hour

- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
