**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven **Junior Cash Room Administration Clerk** responsible for performing a variety of clerical accounting functions for our multiple Food and Beverage venue operation, located at Melbourne Airport.

Duties include reconciliation of daily takings, compiling and sorting cash, calculating and verifying amounts, EFTPOS, foreign currency and other account charge confirmations. Prepare banking deposits, spreadsheet entries and operational staff training. It also encompasses some supplier invoice data entry functionality as required, as well as other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by the Senior Office Manager.
- **Essential Functions**:_

Reconciliation of daily banking from multiple outlets
Compiling and sorting cash
EFTPOS, foreign currency and other account charge confirmations
Prepare Bank Deposits
Prepare Floats & Change for multiple venue point of sale
Verifying & following up daily variances
Supplier Invoice data entry

Data entry
Answering office phones

Excellent communication skills with an approachable manner
Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
