Equans has a unique and fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the team in Capalaba, QLD looking after QLD and NT. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for planning, selling, and promoting all Equans Services to existing and new accounts where the growing relationships, identifying opportunities and account management skills are critical as well as proactively manage customer accounts and maintain broad customer relationships of new and renewed contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop important customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues. Customers include mid-tier companies and similar.
- Actively engage and develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, implement and be responsible for individual account management plans for existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers within the customer organisation to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
- Actively work with Service Managers and be the link between Customers and Service Departments to ensure the needs of the stakeholders are being met.
- Generate and present reporting as per customer requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Representing EQUANS at contract / supplier reviews and or site scoping events
- Assisting the BDM team in the development of new or additional business with existing customers
- Growing share of wallet with existing customers
- Pricing new and reviewing assets or sites / contracts as and when required
- Be the 1st escalation point for all assigned accounts
- Review and address any service delivery concerns and maintain compliance to contract
- Provide briefings to Service Managers and other key personnel on customer relationships and “need to know” information
- Other duties as required

**Skills and Experienced required**
- Under-graduate in relevant field
- 3-6 years’ experience in a similar position
- Persistence - a tendency towards passionate and steadfast pursuit of long-term goals
- A tendency to work intensely to achieve and exceed difficult standards
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Recommend elements of numerical measures - experience with working with budgets or analysing business data
