This multinational entity is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. They are a brand recognized by quality and efficiency and have increased their market presence significantly over the last 4 years.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various business units across the organization. You will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability, and deal with data analytics and interpretation.

**What your everyday will look like**:

- Providing financial analysis and modeling to support decision making and business planning
- Variance Analysis
- Identifying trends and variances in financial performance, and providing recommendations for Business performance and revenue drivers
- Data analytics and dealing on business cases
- Developing and maintaining financial forecasts and budget plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

**To be successful in the role**:

- As this is a role for an experienced analyst, the team is ideally looking for someone with demonstrated experience and a finance degree will be advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role in a small to medium enterprise will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret financial data
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- SQL and Python experience will be advantageous.
- A drive to develop and cultivate team cohesion.
- Able to deal with team members on various career and skills levels
- Drive to innovate and improve efficiencies, and being open to change and feedback
