The Role

A great opportunity exists to join IAG’s Asset Management team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Performance, you will support the risk management activities of the asset management business area.

The purpose of this role is the analysis and reporting of market risk, performance and mandate monitoring for IAG investment portfolios.

Our team will provide you support and want to see you grow with so we always looking for individuals who aim high and work smart.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Regular reporting of risk and performance for IAG investment portfolios for internal clients, portfolio managers and other stakeholders
- Provide analysis of exposures and changes
- Maintaining the data integrity of the risk and performance systems and resolution of data inconsistencies
- Support to other risk and performance team members
- Participation in project and transition work as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in Finance or related discipline
- 3-5 years’ Experience in investment reporting and analysis environment
- Advanced excel skills
- Knowledge of financial instrument risk modelling (e.g. Value at risk, stress testing)
- Financial reporting and/or modelling experience, ideally working within the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of ESG and climate related metrics is a plus
