**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Melbourne Support Office in a newly created Personal Assistant role.

This role will see you performing a variety of tasks, including providing support and assistance to the Executive General Manager, FLG Australia and as a general support to the FLG Australia ExCo Team.

This role is trusted with complex duties and sensitive information where a high degree of confidentiality is required. In addition to general administrative duties, the Personal Assistant will be required to assist in the scheduling of meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, travel bookings and producing reports or presentations for the FLG leadership team.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the FLG Australia Leadership team (namely the Executive General Manager | FLG Australia, Group CEO, Executive General Manager | Marketing & PR, Executive General Manager | P&C, General Manager | Zap Fitness and other State Leadership Team members) and internal or external stakeholders;
- Organise meetings and book meeting rooms;
- Handle correspondence directed to FLG ExCo;
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries and oversee the FLG Australia component of travel expenditure in conjunction with the Group CFO;
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently;
- Producing reports and presentations including Board reporting and alike;
- Maintain accurate record keeping on behalf of the ExCo team members;
- Assist with internal communications and messaging;
- Assist with the scheduling and management of team functions and events where required.

**About You**:

- A self-motivated team player, you are proactive and outgoing. You will also present with:

- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role within a medium to large-sized business;
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry (desirable);
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage travel budgets;
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities from the ExCo leadership team;
