**The Position**

**St John of God Murdoch** Hospital has an excellent reputation, benefits from being located in the fastest growing area of Perth and is conveniently positioned next door to the State’s flagship Fiona Stanley Hospital.
- At present, we have an exciting opportunity available for a
- **Hospitality Receptionist **to join our team.
- As Hospitality Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all patients and visitors attending the Medical Clinic. Duties will include but not be limited to; general reception, clerical support, document collation for regular mailouts and traffic studies.
- This position is being offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 30 hours per fortnight.
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with the public, patients and all levels of staff in a professional manner.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- An understanding of and commitment to quality improvement (desirable)
