**About the Role**
Southcare Lifecare Physiotherapy is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a** Part Time** role working 18 hours per week to support our Allied Health team in Murdoch WA.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, greeting clients as they enter the clinic, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and administrative duties.
You will enjoy being ideally close to cafes, accessible to public transport, parking close by and working on a new exciting project.
Southcare Lifecare Physiotherapy has been an integral part of the community for over 20 years providing physiotherapy services at St John of God Murdoch Hospital since it first opened in 1994. We have a dedicated Allied Health team and provide physiotherapy services in our Outpatient and Inpatient clinic at St John of God Murdoch Hospital.

- Polished and professional presentation, punctual with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Must be **available** to work Monday 8:30am - 2:30pm, Thursday 11am - 5pm and Friday 12 - 6pm.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Committed to working within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- National Police Check
