Front of House Manager

We form part of a larger family of brands, Brown Family Wine Group, which is one of Australia’s most loved and trusted wine companies. With premium vineyards in Victoria and Tasmania, our family of wines has now grown to five brands - Brown Brothers, Devil's Corner, Pirie, Tamar Ridge and Innocent Bystander.

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Front of House Manager will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong a passion for all things food and wine. This role also offers strong development and progression opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a great team of food and wine professionals, building on our reputation as a go-to place for food and creating an awesome visitor experience in our Healesville home.

**Description**:

Develop and inspire a front of house team that is motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of delivering a meaningful brand experience to all customers.
Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations including supervision, rostering, and training to meet agreed service standards and costs.
Work within our leadership team to identify and implement opportunities for improvements.
Identify opportunities to grow sales across all areas including retail wine, merchandise & provedore and restaurant spend.
Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Always take pride in your appearance as a reflection of the brand you work for and you always wear a smile.
Work on weekends, public holidays and has flexibility in working various shifts across a 7-day roster.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who are You?

You will be a hospitality professional who’s full of energy, a fun but inspirational leader who has great communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and have a positive attitude. Most importantly, you must be committed to and capable of delivering a high standard of service to all customers.

You will love diversity and have an innate ability to lead a dynamic team to achieve outstanding results and create a visitor destination like no other.

Passion for wine, food and all things hospitality will be super important, as will your extensive people leadership skills.

You will have at least two years of work experience required in a similar role or capacity. Related tertiary qualifications desirable but not a must.
