**What we are looking for?**

INDUSTRIE is looking for an energetic, motivated & career driven FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISER who knows what it takes to maximise sales through managing all aspects of merchandising for the retail and wholesale business. This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career with an exciting and fast evolving company where you will be working alongside great people and representing one of the best Australian Men’s brand.

**Field Visual Merchandising Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a number of stores across Standalone, Concession and DFO's

Planning and executing in-store creative concepts including windows and mannequins to drive the brand vision and deliver a shopping experience.
- Organising and executing the set up for all promotional events/ installations for the brand and the store.
- Distribution and installation of posters and decals.
- Liaising with Retail team on stock control
- Training and coaching of effective merchandising and standards.
- Being hands-on in store
- Lead and motivate the teams to execute and maintain store standards.
- Analysis and reporting

**To be suitable for the role you must have**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fashion retail environment.
- You are looking for a role where you can add your creative flair and make a difference.
- You are driven and like to hit the ground running.
- Are self-motivated, proactive and goal focused.
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Are highly organised and perform well under pressure.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word and Access.
- Have a current clean driver's license and be flexible to work across multiple locations.
