Working for an incredible not for profit in an exciting time of change, you will be responsible for, alongside the leadership team, operationalising the annual budget plan. Able to hit the ground running, you will ensure that the organisation has an informed workforce that is fit to deliver its strategic and operational goals.

**Your day to day**:

- Provide coaching and assistance to key Executives and Senior Leaders on finance policies, practices, plans, risks and/or issues, supporting them to make effective decisions about their business units.
- Contribute to the preparation, maintenance, and management of the finance functions
- Work collaboratively with customers, team and stakeholders to deliver on Finance and Business plans and activities that are aligned with the strategic agenda and will position the customer to deliver on their objectives.
- Identify and evaluate finance risks and opportunities and support evaluating and addressing them

**Who you are**:

- Tertiary Qualified in relevant discipline (Accounting, Finance, Commerce and CPA desirable)
- Good working knowledge of finance, payroll and reporting systems and understanding of legislations and accounting principles
- Experience in communicating financial information to non financial managers
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Adapt easily to change of processes and systems
- Ability to work to deadlines and reporting timeframes
