**About the role**:
As the Fulfilment and Delivery Operations Manager at Officeworks, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the fulfilment and despatch operations within the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC). Your role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and consistent order fulfilment and presentation to the Transport teams for all Officeworks customers and store operations. You will be accountable for managing Safety, People, Service, Cost, and Inventory within various departmental operations including Receiving, Replenishment, Production, Dispatch, and Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead fulfilment and delivery operations ensuring order accuracy and consistency.
- Manage Safety, People, Service, Cost, and Inventory across departments.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
- Develop and motivate teams, emphasizing care and engagement.
- Drive productivity, manage resources effectively, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee compliance with trade practices laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and facility management.

**About you**:
**Requirements**:

- Strong people leadership skills with genuine care for team members.
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing and logistics, 3 years in management.
- Certificates in Supply Chain/Logistics and Health & Safety preferred.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining a respectful workplace culture.
