Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for safety, service, and operational excellence? Officeworks is looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Team Leader to join our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) to support us deliver accurate, same‑day order fulfilment and delivery for our customers and stores.

In this key leadership role, you’ll coordinate daily operations across receiving, replenishment, picking, despatch, inventory, and customer service. You’ll support the CFC Manager in driving performance across safety, people, service, productivity, cost, and compliance—ensuring our fulfilment centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Championing Health & Safety: Lead by example with a proven focus on safe work practices and risk mitigation.

- Leading People: Motivate and develop team members, manage rostering, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- Driving Service Excellence: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, meeting delivery windows and DIFOT targets.

- Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily functions across all departments, ensuring standards are met and continuous improvement is embraced.

- Compliance & Process Improvement: Promote adherence to trade practices and support CI initiatives in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.

- Facilities & Inventory Management: Maintain site facilities and ensure inventory accuracy and presentation standards.

About you

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years in a Warehousing, Logistics or Stores leadership role.

- Strong people management and communication skills.

- A customer‑first mindset with a strong internal and external service ethic.

- Agility in approach and execution, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- A proactive drive for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with SAP systems is advantageous as is intermediate experience with computer design.
