- Lead and coordinate the Community Engagement team to deliver services to all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a library promotions strategy.
- Oversee the development of an annual calendar of programs and events and ensure they are widely publicised throughout the community.
- Build partnerships and networks to enhance community connections and provide a wider range of programs.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Undertake research to identify community and organisational needs and satisfaction levels via community and customer surveys or other current research methods.
- Ensure programs are offered to meet the diverse and changing demographic of the community and other variables.
- Oversee social media strategy, participate regularly on social media platforms and undertake staff training to ensure social media is used proactively and effectively to promote library programs and services.
- Help guide library strategy and sound decision - making by participating in monthly Library Management meetings and inter - division workshops and meetings as required.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$93,399 gross per annum plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with the option of a 19 day month flexitime
