Fresh Meats is the leading butchery on the Sunshine Coast. We service restaurants throughout South East Queensland. We operate to high standards of food safety and do not tolerate any drug use. We ensure full product traceability with industry-leading software. Our team culture is one of openness, cooperation and teamwork. We want to grow our staff's skills and retain them for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

- Seeking knife hands and production workers to work - Monday to Friday 6am -2.30pm
- Working on a chicken boning line
- Maintain high levels of workplace health and safety
- Upholding high food safety standards
- Using various machines, bandsaws, mincers, dicers.
- Crumbing, Marinating, labelling, packing, stock rotation.

**Required Skills**:

- Skilled knife hands and production workers willing to learn
- Experience working with a Large team
- Correct food handling procedures
- Positive can do attitude
- Willing to learn
- Able to do long tedious, repetitive jobs

Fresh Meats has a No drug and alcohol policy with pre employment and random testing

**Salary**: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
