**Key Responsibilities**:

- General production and assembly work
- Using hand and power tools to assemble products
- Priming and preparing goods
- Packaging of finished goods for shipment
- Complying with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating as part of a small, close-knit team
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude in a team environment
- Experience with hand/power tools
