Each day will be different handling;
- Ticket management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Hardware troubleshooting
- System setup & deployment and more

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience building custom PC’s
- Tech savvy with a passion for all things IT
- Excellent communication & organisational skills and a great work ethic

If you are Customer focussed, with a CAN-DO attitude, understand helpdesk/ support processes & are able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities then this is the ROLE FOR YOU This opportunity also offers part Work From Home - 2 days at home & 3 days office based (Parramatta).
