**THE ROLE**

The Manager, Service Agreement Systems and Operations is responsible for ensuring all business systems for service agreement operations meet the requirements of the departments and stakeholders. The Manager drives innovative system solutions to increase efficiency and improve business outcomes, and to empower users to effectively manage and monitor service agreements. The Manager will play a key role in contributing to a strategic and integrated approach to service agreement policy development, documentation, management and monitoring.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead a team in the management of the service agreement system (SAMS2), its processes and ensure payments to funded agencies are processed as well as implement quality assurance processes and oversee agency staff access to the service agreement system and My Agency.
- Strategically review and implement business improvement approaches and projects to service agreement systems and processes.
- Design and develop the delivery of departmental objectives that impact significant localised service delivery and meet statewide departmental and government objectives and community expectations.
