L&D Project Officer required to support a government agency for a 4-6 month contact.

**Your new company**
In this 4-6 month contract, you will you will help build and drive the L&D function. You will be working for a government agency who are based in the CBD.

**Your new role**
- Use the blended learning framework and project management methodology to design, develop, deliver, learning opportunities, to promote employee capability development on time and within budget.
- Provide advice to the organisation on how to effectively implement and evaluate scalable and sustainable capability development projects
- Support the Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to lead the organisation’s learning requirements
- Negotiate and administer the contracts of third-party providers
- Coordinate the administrative aspects of the L&OD team
- Maintain operational knowledge of processes and systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, delivering and managing the L&D environment
- Confident with facilitation and training delivery
- Experience in collaborating with external vendors to deliver learning solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
