About the Position
The Membership Consultant provides a professional sales focus for prospective club members, implements sales and marketing strategies and actively sells club memberships. The Membership Consultants’ role is integral to the continued growth and success of the Recreation Centres.
Act as a frontline representative of Active Monash
Make a difference in our club culture by providing a warm, genuine and professional level of service in a fast paced environment
Conduct initial introductions, presentations and tours of our facilities
Skills and Experience
Strong customer service orientation
Strong Sales skills
Sound Team skills
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
**Requirements**:
Right to work in Australia
Employee Working with Children’s Check
Satisfactory National Police Check
Level II (Senior) First Aid qualification and CPR
Current Drivers License and ability to travel to various work locations if required
Ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts across our three facilities in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton
