**About our Sydney Office**

After almost 20 years of running successful projects from our base in Melbourne, over the past few years we have established offices in both Perth and Sydney. This role will be based in our beautiful offices in North Sydney, where we even have harbour views

We have a solid growth plan in place, which will see Watson Young continue to grow into an even higher performing national business, further strengthening our presence in the industry.

**About The Role**

A role has come up in our Sydney office for a well-rounded Architectural Draftsperson/Documenter to work on medium to large scale architectural projects in teams across a diverse range of sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Education, Masterplanning, Interior Design and Residential.

**To Be Successful You Will Need**
- Substantial local experience in medium to large scale architectural projects in a range of sectors
- Strong technical acumen
- Organised, and able to prioritise and re-prioritise
- Documentation of projects using Revit
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Able to develop strong relationships with peers, clients and consultants
- Understanding of documentation regulations and legislation
- Excellent local construction knowledge
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to projects, clients, and teams
- To be eligible for this role you must live and be able to work in Australia
