**Purpose of the Role**

With a significant volume of risk management and regulatory governance required to be implemented, the Operational Risk Analyst will be providing support to the Risk Manager. You will be supporting the delivery & tracking of the Risk & Governance components of the Motor Network as well as supporting operational leaders to focus on delivery and management of business and execution as required.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Motor Claims strategic plan while e nsuring compliance with relevant legislative & regulatory requirements including industry codes
- Executing best practice by embedding suitable risk governance practices
- Maintaining strong engagement across all levels of the leadership team from frontline leader to the executive team Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving improved execution and risk management across the business

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of Risk Governance structures and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to support teams through transformational change, and excellent relationship building skills to engage stakeholders
- Experience in strategic planning, facilitation, liaison, time management and team organisation with a dvanced reporting/analysis skills Strong communication skills along with proven negotiation skills
