Our client is a successful, fast growing and progressive Legal Technology firm who boast numerous awards as one of Australia's top employers. This is an exceptional position for a passionate Designer wishing to further their career working in a dynamic Software Product team.

The key requirements of this role include:

- Working with Product, Design & Dev teams to own the user experience for multiple products
- Creating high fidelity designs and user journeys for development teams to consume
- Creating research plans, conducting, and presenting user research for new and existing products
- Discovering insights, opportunities, and problems through research synthesis
- Communicating with stakeholders to balance user and business outcomes.
- Understanding users through interviews, testing, and frequent feedback sessions
- Growing and consuming the company design system, and ensuring consistent cross product experiences
- Advocating the voice of the user as a stakeholder in your product

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

- Minimum 2-3 relevant years experience in a SaaS Product Designer role
- Experience operating in a LEAN UX Environment
- Expert knowledge in Figma
- Familiarity with whiteboarding tools (Figjam, Wigma or similar)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Google Analytics
- Sound understanding of HTML / CSS / REACT, responsive design and development best practice
- An understanding of atomic design principals and experience working with a design system
- Experience owning effective research initiatives (i.e. defining, planning, collecting, analysing and reporting)
- Strong creative and technical design skills as well as a mature understanding of UI
- Experience with StoryBook will be looked upon favourably

Salary guide is $130,000 - $130,000 + Super + $9,000 Bonus. The position is a full time role offering a hybrid work from home (2-3 days per week) arrangement with offices in Sydney CBD.
