**Product Designer**

**What you'll be doing**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join my clients' teams within the small and medium business tribe and will join a fast-paced squad with a strong focus on a single project, streamlining the digital needs of Small and Medium Businesses into a single transaction.

**Who you'll be working with**:
You will be a Product Designer looking for a contract role with industry leaders in a highly dynamic environment, and influence the engagement, productivity outcomes, of thousands of frontline employees within the organizations.

**Your Duties**:

- Conduct UX research including planning, recruitment, facilitation and presenting findings.
- Collaborate with a squad to deliver change to our digital channels.
- Design customer journeys and interfaces using low-fi to high-fi artefacts inc. sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping and visual design.
- Collaborate with products owners, product manager sand other stakeholders to help build the experience roadmap and backlog.

**Your Skills**:

- 3 years+ experience commercially as a Product Designer
- 2 years+ Responsive web design experience
- 3 years+ Figma (prototyping)
- Clear communicator of design rationales, supported by data and insights (Quant and Qual)
- Experience delivering accessible websites and basic motion design skills (Desirable)
