**Your new opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to join our Australia and New Zealand team on a permanent basis. This an operationally focused role best suited to a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who enjoys working closely with the business. You will also support the development of management capability and coach managers and supervisors on organisational initiatives.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead employee engagement activities
- Provide a range of professional, business-focused HR services
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Support and role model our Values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with employees and managers at all levels
- Previous experience with HRIS and reporting
