**Job description**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Sydney team in the capacity of Cargo Operations Executive.

**Primary Duties**
- Handling & providing excellent customer service to the existing client base.
- New business development.
- Learn and operate reservation systems for various airlines.
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and keen in computer software.
- Be available for cargo operation duties as per Airlines' requirements.
- Construct aircraft cargo load plans with a view to maximize capacity and payload.
- Coordinate with Airlines' Ground Handlers to meet Airlines' SOP.
- Engage with our clients to promote, book and assist all requirements in air cargo services.
- Post flight check on cargo uplift and coordination with transit hub and receiving stations.
- Post flight coordination with clients.
- Work as a team to handle customer inquiries, bookings, quotations, tracing, claims etc.
- Keen learner and self motivator with passion in Aviation preferred.

**Skills and experience**

Applicants with airline cargo experience / freight forwarding will have an advantage, must be able to work independently in due course once trained in Airline systems team player committed personality with can do attitude.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
