Vibrant Ready-to-Eat-Meals company is looking for a proficient Head of Operations

**Your new company**
You new company is a vibrant, dynamic Ready-to-Eat-Meal manufacturer based in the northern suburbs. With a loss of great food during the pandemic, this family owned company decided to take matters into their own hands and create great street food. Having become a subsequent hit, this company is looking to bring in an efficient Operations Manager to help run their warehouse.

**Your new role**
Your new role is as an Operations Manager managing a pick/pack team, monitoring and managing costs, distributing goods to major customers, and running correct staffing. This is an exciting role for someone who is ready to lead from the front and has that start up mentality that is willing to keep up with their explosive growth.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed you'll ideally have a background in Logistics and Operations, and ideally from a fresh food background. This should include knowledge of multi temperature operations, coupled with a strong commitment to safety, target orientation, and leadership skills.
