**The importance of this role**:
We’re looking for a dedicated **Production Manager** at our **Seven Hills**site. This role combines **administrative tasks**with hands-on involvement in **assembly operations.**You’ll coordinate daily schedules, manage production workers, liaise with commercial customers, and ensure quality standards. Our site focuses on assembly and relabelling. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than experience

In the day-to-day duties of this role, you will:

- Provide supervision and leadership to production workers and production team leaders during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and production activities
- Liaise with commercial customers to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
- Manage scheduling of Daily production. Identifying any backlogs and bottlenecks and resolve.
- Compile and deliver information to the Site Manager and ensuring reports are accurate and the information is relevant to assist with contractual reporting.
- Review costs with our B2B team to ensure accurate and efficient spend.

**What you can bring to the team**:

- Demonstrated experience in scheduling production to meet deadlines to ensure customer’s needs are met.
- Experience in leading a team of people to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be highly beneficial, providing valuable insight into workflow processes, efficiency improvements, and practical problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation to ensure compliance
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office and production related software packages.
