**The importance of this role**:
As a **Production Manager, Seven Hills,**your purpose is to enhance the vocational opportunities and efficiently plan and manage production processes within your area in order to maximise commercial outcomes. Undertake all required human resource management activities for all appropriate staff.
In the day-to-day duties of this role, you will:
- Coordinate the receipting of all product movement for the service to ensure stock flow within your area.
- Create and provide accurate quotes to customers to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure the service meets all quoted deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design all staff day to day movements to ensure your team completes their daily production needs.
- Assist in the Coordination of quality control processes applicable to your area to ensure compliance
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers as necessary to maintain product loads and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the EFI Manager in managing the service assets in accordance with Endeavour’s policies and procedures to ensure the asset register is up to date and accurate
- Comply with Endeavour’s Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace is upheld
- Be vigilant for situations that may cause a safety risk and take steps to minimise the risk by identifying and reporting potential hazards in the workplace to the Supervisor / Manager.
**What you can bring to the team**:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating production systems to ensure maximum production potential is fully utilised.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling production to meet deadlines to ensure customer’s needs are met.
- Experience in leading a team of people to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours.
- Experience in co-ordinating all aspects of the maintenance and use of plant and equipment to ensure required production capacity can be achieved.
- Experience working within a Quality Assurance Framework.
- Working knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation to ensure compliance
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office and production related software packages.
**Other Requirements**:
- Possession of a current driver’s licence
- Personal presentation to a high standard
- Committed to undertaking the relevant Security Check(s) and be issued with and hold a Positive Notice Card during employment with Endeavour.
