Key Responsibilities
Your Role as a Control Room Operator
We are seeking experienced Control Room Operators who can protect Sydney Trains from a variety of threats that will impact the safety of the people on the site. You will join our team to ensure the safety and security of all patrons of the facility, staff, and on-site contractors and their assets.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Identify and prevent illegal and/or inappropriate behaviour, which has the potential to alarm or heighten the risk to members of the general public
Identify and prevent illegal and/or inappropriate behaviour, which has the potential to result in damage to property or disrupt public order
Conduct regular preset and manual patrols of the monitored area
Promptly report all possible unlawful and anti-social matters
Complete all computerised logs and incident reports, ensuring that all relevant information is relayed to the appropriate persons.
Requirements To Become a Control Room Operator
Ability to work a 24/7 roster.
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Experience guarding outdoor locations.
Current Security Licence (1AC).
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Certificate II in Security Operations Diversity Statement
