**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and attract customers.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in the mobile phone or computer industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full availability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
