We are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference Based at our Levi's Chermside store, you will be reporting to the District Manager.- Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.- High school Diploma- Creative individual with a flair for fashion- Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded- Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement- Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories- Track store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily- Demonstrates strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectives- Manage training process for new hires and current employees- Demonstrate effective execution of all performance management tools- Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy- Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures- Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.- Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues
