**Your new role**

As the Digital Marketing & Events Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of the business strategic and operational plans ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing performance expectations.
Guided by legislative policies and procedures, provide management and resources to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures in place to ensure operating excellence.
- Collate & submit monthly reports
- Monitor and evaluate progress of marketing strategies and plans, make changes as business requires.
- Create & implement a strategic plan of annual marketing & communications activities and events
- Manage strategic partner relationships with key suppliers, contacts & sponsorships for the business venues
- Ensure the delivery of venue brands
- Review, analyse and report on all marketing and promotions activity to continually optimise effectiveness and ROI
- Undertake marketing initiatives such as campaign planning, advertising, marketing consultation, PR and the development of marketing materials
- Manage organic and paid social media content

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong technical skills, strong paid media expertise (Google Analytics, Google Ads, knowledge of meta and paid socials)
- Relevant industry experience ideally coming from hospitality, hotels, tourism, or marketing agency
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with event management
